After visiting your restaurant on Friday the 6th of November I enjoyed my experience there so much I feel obliged to make my thoughts known to the establishment.
As soon as we arrived, we were swiftly sat at a table by the fire at the far side of the restaurant, served by a lovely, charming young man (I believe his name was Matt). Me and my husband shared an antipasto to start which was simply delicious, accompanied by a glass of Chardonnay.
For main course my husband ordered a pizza, however I was spoilt for choice by your vast menu, but Matt recemmended the penne pasta with tomato sauce and mozzerella balls, which I must say was divine!
Disappointingly, I was too full for dessert, but because we were sat near the kitchen we had full view of all the gorgeous looking desserts going past us all the time!
As we enjoyed our visit so much me and my husband will certainly be returning, hopefully very soon!
Finally, I hope you pass my comments on to Matt as he was such a lovely boy who never seemed to stop smiling! It's not often you find a such a polite young person that has the time to have a little chat with you, which I think topped off an altogether fantastic evening - that boy deserves all the praise in the world.

My friend & I visited Salute on Friday night for a meal. We forgot to fill in the comments card but the service we received from the maitre d' was so outstanding I just wanted to send a message to say thank you. She was accomodating, efficient & extremely friendly and made it one of the best (of many) visits I have paid to Salute. So, thanks again.
