We pride ourselves as having Big City style in a suburban location. A short drive from Leeds City Centre and conveniently placed just off the M62 in Rothwell, Salute is now a prominent fixture on the local dining scene.

Our History

Salute Opened its doors under the ownership of Justine Gregory in 2004, located in Woodlesford.

Salute soon found its new home in 2006 in Rothwell, taking over the White Swan Pub. The White Swan underwent a major renovation project and opened its doors in April 2006, as Salute at The White Swan, now an award winning family restaurant.

My parents made it possible for me to create my forever dream of owning a restaurant and building Salute.

Thank you to them both for believing in me, I will continue to be guided by your forever shining light. I hope that I can continue to make you both proud.
